Short Biography:

 

Danny Dillman (Sergeant Colt) is a member of the Class of 2003 of our organization and was honored by the "Visa Hall of Fans" as the Indianapolis Colts Ultimate Fan in December 2002.  

 

Since joining our organization, he has continually served in many different capacities.  He is currently the Website Administrator and has created every version of the PFUFA website.  He was the lone and founding member of the Ring Committee and created the first two versions of the PFUFA Ring.  He was elected Vice President of the organization in 2006, was elected President 2008, and was elected to the Board of Directors in 2010.

 

Danny is a former US Marine Corps Officer and Drill Instructor.  He created the character of Sergeant Colt based on his time as a DI.

 

Sergeant Colt drafted, edited, and finalized the 2007 By Laws that created the PFUFA Draft.  In the process, he created the PFUFA Draft card, and created the PFUFA Coin.  

 

In 2010, he completely re-wrote the By Laws again and created the Board of Directors, the Membership Officer, terms of office for directors and officers, and the dissemination of power in the organization. 

 

Since stepping down as president, Sergeant Colt has continued to remain active in the organization and recently oversaw the 2016 and 2017 J. Babe Charity Events.

 

 

Major Accomplishments as President:

 

     -  Established PFUFA as a DBA to account for the organizational suspension in the state of California.

     -  Worked directly with the Hall of Fame to hold a PFUFA Charity Event at the Hall.

     -  Changed the Reunion Weekend schedule to accommodate the changes of Hall of Fame Festival event schedule.

     -  Worked with the Hall of Fame to establish the Sunday Morning Breakfast and Coin Presentation.

     -  Created and secured production of the original PFUFA Ring and the "Ten Table Ring."

     -  Established PFUFA as a state non-profit with the Secretary of Ohio.

     -  Rewrote the entire By Laws (in the process creating the Board of Directors and the Membership Officer) and led the 7 hour business meeting to pass them.

 

 

Major Accomplishments as Vice President:

 

     -  Wrote the "PFUFA Draft" By Law change.  Helped to lead the 2007 Annual Business Meeting that adopted the official PFUFA Draft process.

     -  Created and secured production of  the PFUFA Coin.  The PFUFA Coin was handed to members as a membership gift and was given to the first Drafted members, the Class of 2008.

     -  Created and secured production of the PFUFA Draft Card.

     -  Welcomed the Class of 2008 by giving each new member their coin.

     -  Vice President from 2006 to 2008 (Assisted in 2006 for Barrel Man when he became ill.)

     -  Website Administrator from 2007 to present

     -  PFUFA Ring Committee from 2005 to 2006

     -  Created and procured PFUFA Award Patches to commemorate Award Winners

 

 

Organizational Recognition:

 

     -  Awarded "4 Star - True Blue - Arrow Award" (Presidents Choice Award) in 2007.

     -  Having the Presidential Award renamed after him in 2019.

     -  Awarded "4 Star - True Blue - Arrow Award - Salute" (Presidents Choice Award) in 2019.  (Second Award)
